With a deep-rooted commitment to education and over two decades of experience in the fields of science, higher education, and public service, I have had the honor of contributing to the advancement of Uzbekistan’s academic and youth development landscape. From my early beginnings in the private sector to serving in various strategic roles — including Deputy State Advisor to the President and Minister of Physical Education and Sports — my journey has always been driven by a belief in the transformative power of knowledge.

Since February 2021, I have had the privilege of leading this esteemed institution. At Karshi State University, we strive to foster a culture of academic excellence, research-driven innovation, and social responsibility. Our goal is to prepare highly qualified professionals who will shape the future of our country and contribute meaningfully to the global community.
